Jewellery should not be worn by babies and children under the age of 3 years as small parts may represent a choking hazard. Babies and toddlers should not be left unattended wearing any jewellery. Baby bangles are suitable for babies to wear, but always supervised by an adult and never when sleeping or overnight.
Jewellery pieces are not toys and should not be given to babies or very young children to play with. Jewellery should never be worn overnight. Twinkle Jewels’ jewellery contains no lead and is made with gold.
Copyright and other rights
All materials, including designs, images and photography and written text are protected by copyright, trade mark. Therefore, you may not reproduce, modify or create derivatives of designs. Twinkle Jewels’ site is protected as a whole by copyright and trade dress, all world rights, the interests in and to which are owned by Twinkle Jewels.
The contents of the site as a whole are solely intended for personal and not commercial use. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of brand names, photography, product and collection names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners rights. All merchandise depicted here is protected by design rights owned by Twinkle Jewels.
It is the company’s policy to enforce its IP rights rigorously.
Pricing
Payment must be received in whole for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided on your order form.
Gold prices change based on market activity regularly. Thus, you are expected to check the price online always before purchasing the item. Once the item is purchased, the price would be frozen for the said item ordered and would not change till its delivered.
You will be billed in rupees. If you are a customer from outside the Sri Lanka, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
Promotional codes and Discount Codes: We may from time to time offer promotion discount codes (either directly or through third parties). Such codes may only be applied to full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts.
* Discount Codes cannot be used on SALE items. Free Shipping Discounts cannot be used on SALE items.
* Voucher Codes – Twinkle Jewels only honours current official voucher codes and current discount codes released by Twinkle Jewels or officially accredited partners. Any voucher codes and discount codes released unofficially cannot be honoured or accepted.
Payment Plans
We have partnered with leading banks to provide Equal Monthly Installment (EMI) plans for your purchases. This is applicable for credit cards offered by the respective banks. Please note that there is a convenience fee involved in all EMI plans. These rates are charged by the banks for providing the facility. The rates vary based on the bank and tenure selected.
Exports
Twinkle Jewels currently sells only within Sri Lanka. If you have any requirement for the item to be exported to any other countries, please get in touch with us on Whatsapp.
